Savor the flavors of Sweden at Hedman Vineyards! Hedman Vineyards is a member of the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail, and is located in Alto Pass, IL. Inside an old renovated barn at Hedman Vineyards visitors will find a Scandinavian gift shop, award-winning wines, a charming café and a cozy bed & breakfast. The aromas of delicious Swedish cuisine made fresh to order at the Peach Barn Café fills the tasting room and drifts outside to greet visitors approaching the winery. Allow Shawnee Shuttle to make a reservation on your behalf and sample the savory dishes for yourself.  The Peach Barn Suite accommodates up to two adults for a romantic overnight getaway. Outdoor picnic tables are located on the lawn, overlooking the pond and under the pavilion, seasonally surrounded by grape vines and hummingbirds.

• Traminette -A semi-dry white wine, with a gentle floral aroma. A refreshing "porch wine" on a hot summer afternoon.

• Tucker Hill Red - A semi-sweet red blend of Chambourcin  and Concord grapes, with gentle berry flavors.

• Vidal Blanc - A semi-dry white wine with a pleasant full body. Light and crisp with notes of tropical fruit.

• Peach - A fresh, sweet, crisp blend of Redhaven and Contender peaches. Simply delightful! Sold Out.

• Late Harvest Vidal Blanc - A nice, complex sweet dessert wine.

• Peach Dessert Wine - made from our sun-ripe peaches, with flavors of vanilla, rum and cinnamon.
