Rustle Hill Winery is centrally located along the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail, just south of Carbondale near Cobden, IL. Rustle Hill Winery provides an exceptional environment for enjoying live music, with a large outdoor amphitheater and regular weekend concert schedule. Rustle Hill has two additional stages, one on the back patio and one inside the tasting room. Performance locations may vary.

Rustle Hill Winery offers free tastings in their beautiful tasting room. Talented and experienced vinter Allan Dillard lends his expertise as the winemaker for Rustle Hill Winery. Many Shawnee Shuttle guests have enjoyed white wines at Rustle Hill Winery, including Seyval Blanc, Vidal Blanc and Tramenette.

Rustle Hill Winery's extensive menu features appetizers, soups and salads, sandwiches, paninis, pizza and desserts. Also serving Sangria and a large variety of bottled beer, including locally brewed ales from Big Muddy Brewery in Murphysboro, IL. Rustle Hill Winery does not permit outside picnic baskets or beverages.

Overnight accommodations are available on-site at the Rustle Hill Vineyard Chalets.
