Shawnee Winery is a member of the Southern Illinois Wine Trail, located in Vienna, IL. Established in 2004, the Shawnee Winery Cooperative was founded by southern Illinois grape growers seeking to develop a stable market for their product and to increase the value of their grape harvest.

Shawnee Winery is open daily year round.

Chardonnay - Dry white wine made exclusively from Illinois Chardonnay grapes.

Chardonel - A dry white wine, barrel aged with hints of apple and oak.

Shawnee Red - A dry red wine made from Chambourcin grapes. Dark color and rich, full flavor with plenty of spiciness. Compare to a Cabernet.

Chambourcin - A dry red, medium bodied wine with a ruby color. Lightly oaked. Compares to a Merlot.

Shawnee White - A dry white wine made from Seyval and Chardonel grapes. Flavors of apple & pear. Crisp and refreshing. Compares to a Riesling or Pino Grigio.

Cherokee Tears - A semi-sweet white wine made from a blend of Vidal and Seyval grapes. Notes of apple and pear. Compares to a Riesling.

Shawnee Blush - A semi-sweet blush wine with fresh, fruity flavors. Compares to a White Zinfandel.

Pink Catawba - A semi-sweet pink wine with a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness.

Raindancer - A sweet red wine made from a blend of Chambourcin, Frontenac, St. Vincent and Concord grapes. Dark color with notes of black cherry.

Tiffany's gold - A sweet white wine made from a blend of Cayuga and Chardonel grapes. Subtle hints of peaches and apricots with a light finish.

Dreamcatcher - A very sweet white wine made from a blend of Concord and Niagra grapes. Bursting with fresh grape flavor. Compares to a Muscadine.

Razzle Dazzle - A sweet raspberry flavor wine. Get it while it lasts!

Just Peachy - A sweet peach wine. Get it while it lasts!

Eagle Ridge Red - A sweet red wine made from Frontenac grapes. Offers a blend of cherry and plum notes with berry overtones.

Dutchman's Port - A fruity dessert wine made from Frontenac grapes and fortified with brandy spirits.
